Quick restart for AEM

Following AEM's bankruptcy on July 11th , the company has realised a quick restart as of August 1st after reaching an agreement with the insolvency practitioner and the presiding judge at the Court of Limburg.

In slightly slimmed-down form, the restart will take place under the same parent company as before.

AEM went bankrupt in early July after being unable to meet its payment obligations due to some clients which were not able to pay and to declining sales in the Corona years.

In recent years, AEM has invested significantly in new products. As these products are now ready for the market, a successful restart and future of the company is expected.
